both worked at Sepia in Sydney).
Meanwhile, Tara Distillery produces a collection of gin, vodka and
whisky in two beautiful copper pot stills named 'Beag'
and 'Bec' using freshly harvested Shoalhaven rainwater
and local ingredients, from hand-foraged sea lettuce found at
